Shipping policy

The ordered products – if in stock – will immediately be forwarded to dispatch in 1 to 3 business days. Otherwise, a written order confirmation with the expected delivery date will be sent per e-mail. Shipping costs depending on the destination country and total weight of the purchase and packaging will be applied. All shipments are priority shipments and traceable. Additional customs fees may be due in the country of destination. Those have to be paid by the customer.
